After reading over this, not too many points are really that surprising but a couple things stand out to me:

1) You need a tech co-founder. I know it is hard to find one, but they are critical for doing anything web.

2) You should have at least 1 partner. If you can’t convince one person to join you, how can you convince a VC or Angel?

3) You can pivot too much and you must pivot! This one surprised me a bit but I guess there is a balance between letting an idea gestate long enough and being too stubborn about an idea.
